I currently work from home and love having that an as option.
The flexibility to work remote and take advantage of the same technology that we provide to our customer is a plus. The tools that we have in place to collaborate across the county is phenomenal. The company culture is certainly one that encourages us to be accountable as most of us are remote.
Everyone is very welcoming. Everyone seems very supportive and easy going.
Well there are many ERG groups that help support people of all walks of live. There are ones for Veterans, for Women's Empowerment, for the LGBTQ+ Community, for Mental Health.. The list of support groups internally is amazing
The team of project managers and engineers I work with. We have a great balance and it is a pleasure to work with them every day

It is what you make it, and it's very flexible. If you're a heads down workaholic, then you'll get that luxary. If you like to intereact with your teammates throughout the day and bounce ideas off of the people around you, that will be encouraged as well. Very customizable!
