They seem to be open to keeping the company progressive and relevant in an industry that is constantly changing. The new DEI initiatives are also very welcome addition to the company culture.
My leadership team is very supportive, transparent, and they do not micromanage me.

The 401k match percentage is absolutely phenomenal. It's more than I've had matched at any other position
The flex paid time off is the biggest perk - especially since the company actually encourages using it

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A fair market value of compensation in comparison with the industry standard for the position.

The lack of a performance review process makes it difficult to justify pay increases and my department is not known for aggressively rewarding employees in the form of merit or pay increases. I would feel better if I were given objectives to meet and then rewarded for meeting and/or exceeding them.
Compensation should be based on education and experience. I also believe with the rising inflation companies should stay current with the compensation.

My team has a great deal of knowledge, and we are all very aligned and supportive of the company's goals, which is why we are a successful team.
The best thing about my team is that we are a team. Everyone helps each other out to make sure that job gets done and everyone is successful. We are do not mind backing each other up when someone is out.

The upward swing in inclusion with groups like UJIMA and others that highlight the efforts of minorities.

The flexibility to work remote and take advantage of the same technology that we provide to our customer is a plus. The tools that we have in place to collaborate across the county is phenomenal. The company culture is certainly one that encourages us to be accountable as most of us are remote.
Everyone is very welcoming. Everyone seems very supportive and easy going.
I currently work from home and love having that an as option.

I was able to interview/meet with a variety of folks in different roles and different geos, as well as a variety of tenure with the company. This allowed me to get a more complete picture of Presidio.

I liked that I interviewed with several people which gave me the opportunity to learn about the company from different perspectives.
What I like most about my interview process was that it moved fast. I had 3 different interviews and they all happened within 1 week. The hiring manager were transparent about the company and the position. What was told to me in the interview process is want I've seen at my time at Presidio.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There seems to be a disconnect between management and their respective teams. Opening lines of communication. Providing a career track and setting goals for progression. Enabling leadership with training on effective communication. Supporting better work/life balance. Events for team building.
