What I like most about my interview process was that it moved fast. I had 3 different interviews and they all happened within 1 week. The hiring manager were transparent about the company and the position. What was told to me in the interview process is want I've seen at my time at Presidio.

I was very comfortable in my interview process. The interview did not feel stiff, and I did not feel pressure. Instead, the interviewer ensured I would be appropriate for the team by asking more engaging and fun questions.
It was a Zoom meeting, it was fairly informal but still followed the STAR interview methodology. I got to know a little about the projects I would be working on and ask some personal growth questions.

The full interview process was done quickly within 2 weeks. The recruiter and hiring managers gave an accurate description of the job role. I also appreciated that the interview also gave an insight into the team I would be joining.

It was done in under 2 weeks, and I met all of the key decision makers at times that worked comofrtably with both of our schedules. We utilize video conference as well, to avoid long delays for people having to fly.
