I liked that I interviewed with several people which gave me the opportunity to learn about the company from different perspectives.
My team has a great deal of knowledge, and we are all very aligned and supportive of the company's goals, which is why we are a successful team.
They seem to be open to keeping the company progressive and relevant in an industry that is constantly changing. The new DEI initiatives are also very welcome addition to the company culture.
The lack of a performance review process makes it difficult to justify pay increases and my department is not known for aggressively rewarding employees in the form of merit or pay increases. I would feel better if I were given objectives to meet and then rewarded for meeting and/or exceeding them.
The flexibility to work remote and take advantage of the same technology that we provide to our customer is a plus. The tools that we have in place to collaborate across the county is phenomenal. The company culture is certainly one that encourages us to be accountable as most of us are remote.
