It's been a breath of fresh air. Coming from a toxic environment, and very unorganized, this is the exact opposite. What do you like best about the leadership team?
They promote the entrepreneurial lifestyle through the entire chain. Not one person's opinion gets left out, and every voice is heard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fits very well with what other professionals in my profession are making. They truly pay you what you value to the organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We meet every Tuesday on a bi-weekly basis for one hour. Not a second is wasted in this meeting, and it's very productive. Overcommunicating is encouraged and everyone is, for the most part, always on the same page.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was done in under 2 weeks, and I met all of the key decision makers at times that worked comofrtably with both of our schedules. We utilize video conference as well, to avoid long delays for people having to fly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is what you make it, and it's very flexible. If you're a heads down workaholic, then you'll get that luxary. If you like to intereact with your teammates throughout the day and bounce ideas off of the people around you, that will be encouraged as well. Very customizable!
