My growth in my role has been slower than expected, but I have learned a lot and I feel there are knowledgable people around me that I am able to learn from going forward. My number of responsibilities are limited at the moment but are still vital and fulfilling.

The seem to care about the company and reaching their goals
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy learning new things and being able to take the lead on projects that fall within my job description. If something needs to be completed, then I am able to take action and get it done without going through complicated bureaucracies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works well together and we call interact to some degree. Everyone seems to know what they are doing or is willing to put the time and effort in to learn what they need to in order to get the job done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No micro-management. I have tasks that need to be completed and no one is looking over my shoulder to manage how and when I work on my tasks. It is up to me to complete them in a timely manner and as long as I do my job well, then no one is trying to manage my time for me.
