The make it very easy to communicate with them, which is different from most companies. They hold monthly meetings that clearly lay out the direction our company is going in and how it could benefit each of us. They also give great benefits.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about our compensation package is the variety of ways that we are compensated, including salary, bonus, equity, benefits, and other perks (such as unlimited PTO).

Everyone is focused on their own responsibilities and supporting the team, but also engaged individually in getting to know one another.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think being open to making new friendships is a huge thing. I have gone in the office and have been made to feel as if I am an outsider and that is never a good feeling. I work in Denver but this made me never want to go in.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its always evolving. Its fun to be party of such dynamic and relevant industry.

No micro-management. I have tasks that need to be completed and no one is looking over my shoulder to manage how and when I work on my tasks. It is up to me to complete them in a timely manner and as long as I do my job well, then no one is trying to manage my time for me.

There are a lot of event planned and they vary in rage. The office manager is super sweet and is one of the closest friends I have here.

What makes you most happy at work?
The work is engaging, never boring, and continually keeps me on my toes! I've learned more in the last year here than I probably did in the prior ten years of my career.

I enjoy learning new things and being able to take the lead on projects that fall within my job description. If something needs to be completed, then I am able to take action and get it done without going through complicated bureaucracies.
