It's been a struggle as we've grown, but over the last year I've been here it's only been generally positive changes in identifying issues that're happening, and working to try and fix these.

When I'm given challenges with the open opportunity to ask questions and receive feedback.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Prove sees people as people, rather than drones to produce profit. And I genuinely appreciate that, having been treated as a drone in the past.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they're open to change; that if something isn't working, we identify it and work to fix the issue, even if it winds up taking a while to implement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work really well as a team, and understand the strengths and weaknesses of each of us, and work to try to help each other become better and uplift each other. But we need more people.
