Still fairly new to have an informed opinion. Since joining there has been excessive turnover in leadership. However, the overall mission/strategy that has recently rolled out seems very much in line with what is needed for future success. The approach/execution of strategy is key to culture

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given inflation and the competitive market I think Prove should re-evaluate their wage especially as Prove grows and want to attract more talent.

When I was hired the base salary initially discussed was reduced based on unknown factors. After 6 months my performance has exceeded that of others and I deserve to be compensated at or above the level of my teammates.
