Starting as an intern, I really enjoyed working for Lesley and Lexi. When I became a full-time employee I was not expecting the level of challenges I would face. It has been difficult to meet expectations and I have needed more help than most since I am the least qualified on my team.
They are all very supportive and obviously care for each other.
The people are so warm and welcoming. I always feel so comfortable.
When I receive positive feedback on a project or when I go into the office and have a positive experience.
The bonus was really nice to receive. I have never had shares in a company so that is very unique to Prove.
Although I do not know how stocks work, I am excited to have a share in the company. I also enjoy the unlimited PTO.
There are a lot of event planned and they vary in rage. The office manager is super sweet and is one of the closest friends I have here.
We re remote optional meaning that we can choose whether or not we go into work. It is nice to be able to stay home everyday and not worrying about commuting.
Coming out of college, it was a very hard transition into the corporate world. My manager has been extremely patient and has allowed me to take my time learning the ins and outs of the company and what is asked of my position.
The make it very easy to communicate with them, which is different from most companies. They hold monthly meetings that clearly lay out the direction our company is going in and how it could benefit each of us. They also give great benefits.
I think being open to making new friendships is a huge thing. I have gone in the office and have been made to feel as if I am an outsider and that is never a good feeling. I work in Denver but this made me never want to go in.
