The work is challenging, exciting, and sometimes chaotic. However, the leadership and teams list to suggestions and you can make a difference. Compared to other companies I have worked at previously, I finally feel like the work that I do is recognized. All of the effort makes a difference.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Prove has worked for me, but it is not for everyone. I like the work I do and I see the difference I can make, but the leadership team makes me wonder, and doubt if this is really going to be the right place in the long run.

Willingness to listen to concerns. They care about the organizaiton.

Best part is salary. However, I do like unlimited vacation time.

Focus, holding people accountable, mindful of individual's time and efforts -- stop playing favorites

I can see a direct connection to my work and the contributions to the organization. I like to make a difference.

I can provide input and directly see the results of the work I do and how it impacts the organization and the goals of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard together but we can also play. While we can discuss serious topics and disagree, we can turn around and laugh about something else. Everyone has a voice, and everyone is valued.
