I've been here a long time, so that should say something! There are some improvements that would be appreciated in terms of documented growth path opportunities for employees, and knowing what's available to us in terms of training, career growth, etc., but I think we are getting there.

Engaging with my co-workers. Being a part of the technology behind the things we sell. Knowing how things work under the hood.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable. I feel that I can slack, email or even call members of the leadership team to ask questions or provide comments.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the company has done a great job of taking care of its employees during the pandemic - from adding extra holidays, to hosting online events, contests and clubs.
