Knowing that my teammates are "switched on" and always striving to improve the methods/approach we take to drive more revenue.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to contribute meaningful information that leads to the success of others, second only to receiving commission/bonus for a closed deal or sales contest.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I was hired the base salary initially discussed was reduced based on unknown factors. After 6 months my performance has exceeded that of others and I deserve to be compensated at or above the level of my teammates.
