I love what I do, so I enjoy everything and for sure interacting with other people.

All of them extremely high professionals, and we care about each other, we shared all the learnings to support the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The tech market have a much higher compensation salary + annual bonus, so my position is underpaid compare with my peers in other tech companies.
