We focus on solutions, not problems... and we focus on people, not technology. The company care about our wellbeing. Rackers are truly some of the best people on the face of the earth.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO enables me to travel internationally without worry of not having enough time off. I also love that time off here isn't punished; the company really values time off as a way to live a fulfilling life.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Focusing on our Fanatical Support model across many different technology solutions allows us to adapt and be at the edge of the technological frontier, no matter which way IT is going. I love being in an IT company that focuses on people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very supportive of each other professionally and personally. I love that we can have fun while still getting our work done. We also have a culture of being able to help each other and fail openly in a way that we can learn from our experiences together.
