It's been great. I have felt very welcomed. I have worked under two managers in the past year and receive regular feedback, which is nice when doing things for the first time or working on new projects. The energy is very positive and supportive-unlike most other companies I've worked in my career.

I've had a great experience with the company so far where I've had many opportunities to support team members with projects and issues, completed projects, provided freedom to grow in an area of HR that I've wanted to learn more about, connect with others and many tools to learn and develop.

They are friendly, very supportive and give grace while you are learning the ropes.

Helping someone get through a problem that was previously stressing them out and providing great customer service to Rackers to where they are left feeling that they were heard, their problem was solved and they are happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're transparent in communicating changes and what is the company strategy, committed to the Company's success and provides updates and details on how they plan to accomplish their goals, in regular meetings, seem to really care about the employees
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very involved with employees' well-being and communicate often on how the company is doing and how we are reaching our goals. They are also great at supporting new ideas and encourage community involvement. I am also very impressed with the onboarding process; very engaging!
