RXT Services, Products and customer support is very fragmented internally. Internal tools, processes, teams are almost completely disconnected from each-other. Company is not delivery what we promise to our customer in agreement.

Internal process and different teams collaboration is worst. Internally, organization if fragmented in term of products, services and support.

Leadership need to look into intern process and team work. Processes and teams are fragmented which lead latency in work and as result customer dissatisfaction.
