The transparency of the leadership team has impressed me from day one. They have been very open about the direction, struggles, and successes of the organization, which has helped to foster a company-wide sense of community.

I cannot say enough good things about my team at Recharge. The company puts an emphasis on the hiring process, which is reflected in the caliber of employee they are able to bring in and retain.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people are what I enjoy the most about my day-to-day life at Recharge. The work I get to do and the autonomy with which I am able to do it are a close second and third.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The thoroughness of the interview process impressed me from day one. Recharge is very protective of its corporate culture and learned early on that vetting employees is the best way to preserve that collaborative, small team feel.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can honestly say that my team at Recharge is the most supportive group of people I have had the privilege of working with in my career. It is an ego-free environment where everyone is willing to go the extra mile for the good of the group.
