The support given to folks who ask for it is phenomenal. We pay attention to where we haven't hit goals and then we figure out a game plan of accomplishing them next time. We don't fester on the negative. We also take the time to highlight what we're doing well so it's not always about improvement.
We're encouraged to take time off when we've been working hard to ensure we don't overwork ourselves. The environment is welcoming and inclusive.

Everyone understands that mistakes are made. I feel a good kind of pressure to do my best, but don't feel pressured to be absolutely perfect. If things go wrong, it's not the end of the world. Everyone is in this together - there's a ton of teamwork and support.

Because it is a remote first company, they are inherently trusting of employees to get their jobs done however it works best for them. No micromanaging, just confidence in employees to do what is right.
