What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview process when I went through it focused on real world problems, conversations, and insight into both the team and the candidate. In addition, updates during the process were consistent and timely.

The constant feedback from HR. Aways knew where I stood.

The thoroughness of the interview process impressed me from day one. Recharge is very protective of its corporate culture and learned early on that vetting employees is the best way to preserve that collaborative, small team feel.

The authenticity that the interviewers spoke with was amazing. I've never interviewed with a company that had everyone on the same page at the same time, and be able to consistently convey that.

What i liked most about the interview process is meeting the leadership team for the branch, that really shows that the leaders want to get to know you as a person

It was casual, I didn't feel nervous after the interview had started.

The interview process is very personable and warm. Questions can be hard but they helped to make me comfortable so I could think straight. Be your self.

The individuals that I interviewed with ranged from lower level manager to senior level management, and regardless of what level each individual was, I sensed the sincerity, approachability and humility althroughout.

It was nice to interview with some of the actual people I would be working with on a day to day basis.
