The collaboration and energy around our projects.
Everyone is an expert in their own right yet all are focused on collaboration and digging in to drive success.

My team is extremely collaborative! Everyone jumps in as needed
They feel like my 2nd family. When one team member struggles, everyone chips in to support each other. No one is left behind.

The people and the leadership team setting a good culture example.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process when I went through it focused on real world problems, conversations, and insight into both the team and the candidate. In addition, updates during the process were consistent and timely.
The constant feedback from HR. Aways knew where I stood.
The regular communication and feedback throughout.
How fast it went. There wasn't a day that went by that I didn't hear from recruiting on next steps.

Working on interesting problems with great engineers.
Everything- the work, the culture, the opportunities.
Not a ton of meetings which gives me time to get my work done, a truly collaborative environment even though its remote first.
