Leadership team is very open and honest, clear line of site into what they are working on and what initiatives are next in terms of strategy.

The leadership team is really accessible and transparent. There's never a question about what's going on "at the top" - we are all consistently kept in the loop, which is so refreshing.

Health Insurance!! Unlimited PTO and true focus on work/life balance.

Our compensation is competitive, which I'm grateful for. Recharge has a lot of non-compensation benefits as well, but that is never used as leverage to feel pressured to accept a lower salary.

Everyone is an expert in their own right yet all are focused on collaboration and digging in to drive success.

Everybody is willing to pitch in and help. Workloads are managed well so that work is evenly distributed in a way that plays to the strengths of the team.

Recharge places so much importance on hiring the right people. There aren't rush hires, and it shows. Everyone on our team has a mutual respect for one another, and brings their own unique personality into the mix to make up our amazing team.

People are so happy to be here. We are fully remote, but it never feels like it. When we are on calls, people are energetic, show up, and bring their best selves to work. We're able to feed off of each other's energy and excitement.

How fast it went. There wasn't a day that went by that I didn't hear from recruiting on next steps.

Not a ton of meetings which gives me time to get my work done, a truly collaborative environment even though its remote first.
