Recharge is truly the most incredible place to work! Every day, I feel so lucky to be part of this incredible team. You will not find a more motivated group of people, who are truly so kind to one another. We are all working very hard, but having a great time doing it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I never had questions or felt confused throughout the process. Communication was great, and I was never "left hanging" and waiting to hear about next steps.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like I'm helping build something great. This work is hard, but I truly believe we're going to change our industry. It's difficult, but so incredibly rewarding.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is really accessible and transparent. There's never a question about what's going on "at the top" - we are all consistently kept in the loop, which is so refreshing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our compensation is competitive, which I'm grateful for. Recharge has a lot of non-compensation benefits as well, but that is never used as leverage to feel pressured to accept a lower salary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Recharge places so much importance on hiring the right people. There aren't rush hires, and it shows. Everyone on our team has a mutual respect for one another, and brings their own unique personality into the mix to make up our amazing team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are so happy to be here. We are fully remote, but it never feels like it. When we are on calls, people are energetic, show up, and bring their best selves to work. We're able to feed off of each other's energy and excitement.
