I love my job because I love solving problems. There is no shortage of work at Remote given our pace of growth and the complex industry we're in. I will never be bored during my time here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love our #thanks channel in Slack. It's so rare to see so many small (and big) things celebrated openly and it really helps boost morale and give us something positive to focus on when we have hard days.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved how open and transparent the team was at each step. I could openly discuss compensation, role fit, ask about the company's inner-workings and really get the information I needed to ensure it was a right fit for me as well.

The leadership team genuinely cares about all of the people here at Remote and is actively looking for ways to improve how we work to ensure everyone has a great quality of life while at work as well as a great work-life balance.
