What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited Paid Time off and flexible working hours

the folks working here are incredibly talented and very kind and nice as well; I've had the displeasure of working in toxic work environments in the past and the difference is jaw dropping. You will genuinely like working here simply because of the healthy space that awaits you

our time and space is respected: whether you're a night owl or an early riser, its really up to you when and how you'd like to get things done, you're trusted to do what needs to be done. Also, everyone knows you're only human, so its okay to take the day off if you're simply not feeling it :)

What did you like most about the interview process?
During my interview with the CEO, my internet was flaky for the first 10 minutes but he still waited on the call. I was afraid he will feel as if i am not prepared enough , I was amazed by the fact that he was kind and patient to wait for all that time.

The task given was actually pertaining to the work that I get to do every day, instead of fiddling around with things that I would rarely use; I got to chat with my future coworkers as well
