We breathe asynch communication. No one expects you to reply back right away or attend unnecessary meetings. Everyone manages their time how they think best

My team is amazing, we only do two meetings a week, one for bonding and one for demoing our work, everything else is async, we don't waste time with meetings, this helps us have more focus and be truly global
