What I liked most about the interview process was the clear communication and transparency at each stage. The questions were thoughtful and gave me an opportunity to showcase my skills, while the interviewers created a welcoming atmosphere that made the experience engaging and insightful.

A lot of the questions and comments showed genuine concern. I didn't feel like another candidate, good rapport building and care for interviewees.
The recruiter and the hiring managers were all nice on the call. During my 1st interview with the recruiter, she asked some questions and shared some jokes just so that I will be relaxed during our chat. I was carried along the whole process and updated accordingly.
Got to meet a variety of people across the broader team.
