Absolutely warm , again very human and most of all believe and reiterate in every action and thought the clarity and importance of personal identity and dignity of personhood
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had discussions with transparent human beings . It was my first interview series in my career where I was told exactly to the Tee where I was coming into.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My stock options are decent but my benefits are better. The thought that our organisations benefit offerings should be world class and the willingness to commit to that pursuit is unparalleled.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The fact that Remote waits and patiently fights for the right talent pool and does not sacrifice quality for ease of completion shows in our daily work life. Each person is equally or differently talented its like a deck of cards with only face cards
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My work hours are what I choose for it to be . I currently spend a few hours extra since I've recently joined remote but its purely a choice I make to learn .Alternatively the fact that I can reach out to almost anyone across the organisation to learn , cooperate and build together is fantastic.
