They listen, and also take on feedback. You don't feel intimidated to approach them with anything at all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexible working and async way of working. The encouragement to make sure you have a biased work-life balance (leaning towards life).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone here encompasses the core values, Especially the one of kindness! I have never worked with such a talented group of people who are also so kind and personable, it's honestly such a great environment to be in!
