What makes you most happy at work?
I define when and how I work. I'm treated like an adult. It's... refreshing!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are my brothers and sisters. I can count on them and (hopefully!) they can count on me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They know what they're doing and they embody our values as well as any of us individual contributors - Kindness, Excellence, Ownership, Transparency and Ambition.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We strive to have all salaries in the 65th percentile of the local market rates, which is more than fare for such a young company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone lives by the company values (Kindness, Excellence, Ownership, Transparency and Ambition). This is the only way you can have hyper growth without culture dilution.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed over a year ago; we have iterated and improved a lot since then! I think that candidates appreciate kindness and transparency every step of the way.
