What makes you most happy at work?

The sense of trust that Remote puts on me, allowing me to do my best work on my own schedule

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They take immediate action on any feedback. There's a big sense of trust among teams. If something goes wrong, we speak immediately

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Flexible hours and unlimited time off. This is the first time I can adapt the job to my life, not the other way around.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

inclusion diversity and equity. When we say that we hire remote worldwide, we really mean it, we look for the best people regardless of their race / religion / sexuality, etc.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Communication and trust. We work async with a docs-first approach. When needed, I know exactly where my teammate left off so that I can pick up their work and continue the road.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Transparency and kindness. As an engineer, the take-home exercise reflected how a real day looks like, without using some non-sense "white board" questions. The last part was 1h to talk with other engineers about technology and workflows in a relaxed chat with good vibes.
