They really care about their employees and personal growth. I've never worked at a company that has invested this much in its employees.

Everybody is excited about the work we do and wants to be here. Its fantastic and infectious, it makes me want to do better work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The attitudes of the individuals involved. Also there is like 500 lbs of dogs in the office on any given day so its an awesome furry circus.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The culture of the office. I get to work with engaged, excited individuals. I know I could make more at a larger corporate job but there is more to a job than the money. I prefer not hating my job and dreading going to work.
