What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The People - starting at the top. The culture here is very collaborative and personal. I look forward to being at work and being around my co-workers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Learning more about myself with the PDP assessment. And the onsite interview gave very specific scenarios (for the role I interviewed for) for me to solve. People here definitely work smart and are very friendly and collaborative.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have unlimited PTO, plenty of onsite amenities, dogs on site and 2 available WFH days - the flexibility provided by this is PHENOMENAL! Also, using our '7 Habits of Highly Effective People' quadrant and calendaring method helps you get waaaaayyyyyy more done in less time. Working smarter!
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to use my skills and brainpower to solve problems for clients. I have a wonderful team who has fun and supports growth and there is always something new to learn or fun to do with the team. For me, this is a fantastic place to work - I love it!
