Write up happy for childish reasons just to write you up because apparently supervisors have a quota to meet. Managers lack management skills as does supervisors. HR is inhuman resourses!

Thomson Reuters: over-compensates on issues of bias, making it very difficult for any majority category - straight, or appears white, or European named, or graduated from a leading university - to be promoted/recognized. Company policy states preference and numerical quotas must be filled.
Centene Corporation: The CEO is an old school bully. Not much progressive thinking coming from him and surrounded by leaders also not challenging that old model.
