Absolutely nothing. Enployee discount is nice but you pay in tears and exhaustion

Absolutely horrible company, horrific pay, terible culture, and zero work life balance.... RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Leadership does not actually care to make the culture better, just tries to gaslight you constantly about how you arent doing enough even though you work 12-14 hour days
