What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Hiring better managers ones that treat employees correct not bullying them

Direction is clear but too many people living in fear and too much back stabbing.

Communication an treat everyone the same

not tying into drama within employees

Literally everything. The company needs to do better overall

Being honest and transparent. They ask for honesty and transparency from their staff but then turn around and blatantly lie. It’s well known when you’re being lied to and they seem to believe they’ve fooled you.

Recruiting new people that are elevated and poised.

One of the biggest flaws with the company. Things never change because the upper management will never change their ways. They need to get better at being open to new ideas, appreciating their conworkers and actually being professional
