We all have different personalities so seeing all of them vome together in one team is great
The team itself is very supportive of each other. However, everyone has to hide high and low performance in fear of being made an example, which often happens.

I wish my coworkers would stay. People are always getting fed up with management and leaving after only being there for a short time. I’ve made a lot of good friends working there but it’s sad because no one can handle management or the customer base at my mall so everyone quits.

Better equipment and more motivation
The team I was on was fun, had a young group that was enjoyable to work with. That being said, upper management totally micromanaged me when I worked there. People tend to go with the flow instead of trying to make changes.
Being more respectful of others’ times by starting and ending meetings on time, and being realistic about what can be achieved within a certain time frame.
