Also have 1 manager in charge of whole us and like 10 other departments, so he's stretched very, very thin. I spend more time now fixing issues and giving customers bad news then able to focus on teaching anything now
nCino: More compensation is desired and having executives that stick with what works best for our talent would definitely improve morale (one example is wfh policy changes). Working within the Salesforce platform can be challenging but these are just technical hurdles which can be overcome.
Newfold Digital: Newfold is great but the lack of growth on the US side prevents me from recommending people to join Newfold.
nCino: I have spent years fighting red tape and disconnected managers to try to affect positive change at our company. I have regularly outworked my peers and helped get major initiatives done only to get merit raises because I haven't worked long enough. I'm held back and underpaid and considering leaving
Newfold Digital: the company business needs where very challenging on my part but i somehow managed it through the help of leads and fellow agents. i find your company to be a great place to work with.
Premier: Premier is not the company it used to be. Culture and engagement have suffered considberlt since Susan DeVore retired and Mike Alkire became CEO.

Recent actions by leadership definitely make me question everything else about the company, though. Numerous studies show that layoffs don't work. Were they not aware of this or did they not care?

Wireless Vision: Overworked days off depend on where you sit on the leaderboard for management. Even on your days off there are mandatory calls for managers. Commission plan constantly changes.
