Not enough emphasis on fixing existing functions that are broken. The BA's are very short staffed and that feeds over into our department.

IBM: In general, Hashi is a great place to work. The product we build is necessary in today's technological landscape, so I feel that my job is more secure than if I were at another company. Benefits, pay, work-life balance, and environment are solid.

Razorfish: I was very excited to be hired here, but business has slowed down and there isn't a clear idea of how we are moving forward ir handling this downturn. The team I am on talks about layoffs regularly and it's not encouraging.

Razorfish: Very happy to be here at Razorfish and hope to stay here for awhile. If I have any complaint it's that bonuses don't happen until the VP level, which seems strange. Every company I have worked for give a bonus (or stock) at every level.

Pet Valu: It was straight forward, but it wasn't super rigid. The manager was relaxed, which helped me to relax. The questions led me to dig deeper into my own professional experience, but they weren't loaded, or trick questions.
