Very collaborative and kind. We respect each other's abilities and there is no pandering.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all vested in the success of the agency and account. There are no naysayers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that my health insurance package for myself and my family is not a budget-buster. At my last agency, it was almost double what it is now (my part) and I had much poorer benefits.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They over-communicate. I have worked at agencies where you only hear from LT when the news is bad. I love that Dani and Josh talk to us on a regular basis. I like them as people too- they are caring and invested in my success.
