Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
higher salary aligned with competitors

There was a retention bonus for DEG and one from Arthur but I am aware of other companies providing salary increases for employees staying, rather than a one time bonus. Additionally, the compensation structure of no bonus/OT for anyone between Senior Associate and Director level is not competitive.

Everyone at this company is over performing for their role. Just as the title alignment is illustrating. If we've been performing - we should be compensated. I feel as though I am stagnated in the ability to get promoted and additional compensation. Our merit increases aren't keeping up.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
they have a lot of open doors to discuss topics, concerns, thoughts, etc. I think that promotes a healthy culture, as it seems like leadership is listening and evolving

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's hard to care about certain industries/projects, especially if you don't get to pick them. We cant have bench time these days to find right fits.

It can be challenging to connect with people remotely. I don't know what a lot of people look like and there isn't much discussion about things besides work. Would love some "culture" related events to encourage team building and motivation. Or even some non-work related teams chat channels
