Not many complaints except the promotion tracks have been nothing but a pain and I've been here awhile. there seem to be less empty promises over the past year or so.

I like the additional benefits such as wellness and the RTO packages.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's hard to care about certain industries/projects, especially if you don't get to pick them. We cant have bench time these days to find right fits.
