Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the company should pay employee more for HSA, especially for the one has a child/children. What company is currently paying is too lower for the companies that are a lot smaller scale than RZF.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone at RZF seems to have very opened minded.

The CEO and all management is very clear that discrimination of any kind is not tolerated. And vacations, time off, self-care is highly encouraged.
