there isn't transparency within the organization. There is clearly some downturn in business that seems like the elephant in the room on any call.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO and remote work, health insurance is good

The best part about my compensation package would have to be the flexibility of our PTO which allows me to take time off for myself when needed!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes, I feel undervalued. I think my work this past year has not been equally valued to some of my peers.

Having conversations about value add and compensation review possibilities would be great.

I feel valued although there is historical compression and some red tape that keeps us from being able to make adjustments at the pace we need to. I would feel better about my compensation if it were able to be reevaulated against the market and my title were updated to reflect my role.

What are some of the best things about your team?
as a team, I think we support one another as we don't get too much of that from our manager-we help each other solve any business problems or challenges
