I was very excited to be hired here, but business has slowed down and there isn't a clear idea of how we are moving forward ir handling this downturn. The team I am on talks about layoffs regularly and it's not encouraging.

there isn't transparency within the organization. There is clearly some downturn in business that seems like the elephant in the room on any call.
What are some of the best things about your team?
as a team, I think we support one another as we don't get too much of that from our manager-we help each other solve any business problems or challenges
