What do you like best about the leadership team?

Frequent communication, check-ins, emails, and transparency

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The vacation/PTO policy is top notch. I also appreciate the 401k match.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is extremely supportive of each other. Rest is embraced and encouraged.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People seem to come first here. Boundaries are set with clients and we are treated like partners, not cogs in a machine.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It can be challenging to connect with people remotely. I don't know what a lot of people look like and there isn't much discussion about things besides work. Would love some "culture" related events to encourage team building and motivation. Or even some non-work related teams chat channels
