Textron Systems: I am very happy to work at Textron Systems. The company is highly regarded, the people here are very smart and respectful and you feel appreciated. I am sorry I have not worked here my entire career because there is so much room for growth and so much to learn. I love my job.

Textron Systems: After starting out as an intern, to hiring on full time, to now participating in a entry-level/mid-level career rotation program, I feel as though I have had plenty of opportunities both at work through the challenges I have taken part in, in addition to trainings and new roles I have earned.
Textron Systems: Textron has been very good to me. If you vocalize your wants and needs, in my experience. They are met!
Textron Systems: I feel unappreciated most of the time and left behind using old and outdated machinery
Sweetwater: I love how supportive the management is in my department but i fell they slack when it comes to assisting us hop through the hoops to increase our CSR level.
Bank of Hope: Very different from working at an American Bank, unique challenges and new things to become accustomed to. Overall a good experience.
Bank of Hope: I like the learning and development opportunities at my current role and everyone in other department is able to provide a lot of support while we are building a new team here.
Textron Systems: I love Textron Systems. It would be the perfect job and I would stay here the rest of my career if I could be remote. Right now its okay to come into the office but I am young and want to move around before finding an area to settle down. I love my daily job, management, and the people I work with.
Madison College: It has a great community, culture, benefits, and people. Overall a great place to work and be a part of.
Klaviyo: I feel in that sweet spot of doing something I love and am knowledgable in, but am also challenged every day in a way that has allowed me to grow. On top of that I feel heard, known by way of my personal goals in where I want to go, and cared for. Have brought on a friend I love it so much.
Sweetwater: I've been here 7 years and have grown my business to very successful, nothing is in my way, cost of living here is low. I am making a great life here.......

Work hard and focus on moving towards our goals but never at the expense of our families/personal life. I keep harping on that, but it's true.

RX: i enjoy most aspects of my experience but recently there have been decisions made or appear to have been made that are decreasing the quality of it. worked in a high preforming team of 6 (one of the best in the company) & there are soon to be 2 people if not 1 left in that team with no replacements
Trek Bicycle Corporation: Trek needs to pay attention to what is going on in the world today. This up and coming generation is focused on how they are treated/benefits/work-life balance when considering a position. If Trek doesn't start paying attention, they're going to have a very hard time getting people to work for them.
The Knot Worldwide: I couldn't ask for a better team at TKWW. Everyone is supportive and truly cares about one another, and we always push each other to do our best.

A better work/life balance is the only opportunity; however, I am in control of that and will work on that. My manager never makes me feel as if I'm required to work more than what's required.

I feel like I lost personal connections where I could be open about my opinions in a safe environment. Now I feel like "just an employee." Comps are far below what others make and our Holidays/PTO are awful.
