I love how supportive the management is in my department but i fell they slack when it comes to assisting us hop through the hoops to increase our CSR level.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think it is great people in CSR have been stepping up their cubicle decorations
What are some of the best things about your team?
My friends at work are always there with a quick joke or a smile to help brighten my day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honestly, I am unsure. I come to work to do my job. I like to keep my nose down and so my job and stay out of trouble.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think it is very demeaning when I see what other CSRs around the city are making. I tell them what we start at and people are shocked at how little i make. I feel like I have to make an excuse for the company saying....well.. we do have great insurance.
