What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best thing is the PTO i receive. I like that I'm given the opportunity to take vacations and time off to travel and do the things I want to during that time
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about my leadership team is that they really understand the importance of a work life balance. I feel like outside of work I can focus on other hobbies and interest and not have to worry about work during that time
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that my team is fun and goofy in the best way possible. We know how to make the job enjoyable and are always willing to get together to do something after work. It makes it easy when planning department wide fun events for outside of work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture is how nice and friendly everyone is. When you are the new hire within your department or even need help, you can easily feel comfortable around your co-workers and feel like you can talk to them like you would any other friend you have.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers and getting to see them everyday. With my particular job you can work remotely and on the days when the majority of my team is working from home it's always just a bit more quiet and not as exciting or fun to be in the office on those days. It's always a god time when everyone is in.
