Hulu: The leadership team needs to stop micro managing. They need to fire low performers and develop the folks looking to grow. They need to stop letting tech supply constraints limit their ability to ship whole products. Currently the shipped product is no where near the design. The dev resources seem mismanaged, and since that is the manufacturing piece of their supply chain it needs to be addressed asap.
